Jo Levy

A certified mediator since 2002, Jo Levy brings a wealth of technology, business, and international experience to help parties resolve complex disputes. As a court-appointed mediator for the Northern District of California, she has mediated a wide range of cases, ranging from IP and business disputes to civil rights and consumer actions. Her success as a mediator is founded upon skills honed as an international general counsel of a Silicon Valley technology company and a litigation partner at a leading international law firm. Her expertise includes international disputes, technology transactions, patents, trademark, antitrust, unfair competition, class action, product liability, and aviation litigation. 


As General Counsel for Intel Corporation, Asia Pacific & Japan, Jo lived in Hong Kong and oversaw legal support for 18 countries and 30,000 employees, including multiple factory operations, critical supply chains, semiconductor sales and marketing, and emerging growth businesses such as AI, loT, software, and autonomous driving technologies. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, she applies her mediation and negotiation skills to resolve commercial, unfair competition, and technology disputes through practical solutions that avoid litigation and foster ongoing business relations.
